I've also been searching around for this. When you go to recreate her appearance, don't you get an option to use the default model along with the ability to import your old face or design a new one? Default FemShep face code? Does anybody have the default face for Femshep ME3 Ver code? I'd love some help. Not sure if they are exactly the same, though.
